Adaptive Assessments
While we offer skills testing and literacy testing, we have found that behavioral tests are the best way to measure cultural fit. This is important because our experience tells us that cultural fit is the best determinate of new employee success.
We started developing our own behavioral assessment not long after starting the business. Of course in those days it was a paper-based test. It quickly moved to the computer, and today is delivered via the web.
The secret to the test's success is its use of artificial intelligence. The test adapts to the test taker based on the pattern of their answers. In this way the assessment is customized for each job candidate. Today the Hire-Intelligence behavioral test comes in more than one version. It can be customized for specific positions, and is used to build hiring benchmarks. There really is no other assessment like it.
Individualized Interview Guides
When we interview a job candidate we want to explore and understand their likely on-the-job behaviors. These behaviors can either underpin their success or contribute to their failure and departure.
The same artificial intelligence that drives the Hire-Intelligence behavioral assessments is also deployed to create customized interview guides for each job candidate. The interview guide questions have been developed and used by our consultants over thousands of interviews. The result is an incredibly insightful interview.
Video Interviewing
Challenged with finding better ways to hire, we often observed that candidates were brought in for interviewing at great expense only to be rejected in the first minutes of the interview.
Our solution was to develop a process for interviewing on video. These video interviews allowed a client to review a greater pool of possible candidates before narrowing the field for face-to-face interviewing.
Of course today with the Internet the process has gotten a bit easier. We now interview candidates all over the world.
